How to NOT write a novel in 3 days: #3DNC 2016 wrap-up

So, let's start with the bad news first: I failed to finish my 3 Day Novel, Manbots Attack!, this year. Indeed, I only came up with 5,926 total words over three days. 6,789 counting my outline.
